Dance & Pilates is perfect to learn to Connect with your body, to enjoy a class from the artistic knowledge of ballet and integrity of Pilates. Without the need of prior knowledge, the different levels and groups will fit you.

Classes are 1 hour focused in creating a new corporal education that combines the artistic expression of Dance and the integrity of Pilates.

 

We've developed a program where the priority is to take care of your body and to be healthy, taking regular Classes.

 

Why to use Dance in a Pilates class?

Ballet involves attention, memory, sensitivity and emotion. In addition, ballet exercises improve muscle tone, flexibility and plasticity of the muscles, improving joint mobility. That is, it helps us to be more agile, moving easily and gain freedom in our movements.
